Heating Instructions: For quick defrost, place sealed package under running cold water until thawed. Add thawed contents to a pot, bring to a gentle boil or 70C for 2 minutes, let it cool for 3 minutes and serve! For extra indulgence, top it off with BC Dungeness Crab Meat and Ikura!
